Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of the Xophia platform. Specific commercial terms are set in your Master Services Agreement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to violate applicable law, infringe third-party rights, or attempt to disrupt the platform's integrity, including reverse-engineering proprietary models or circumventing rate limits.

Service availability

Availability targets, support coverage and planned-maintenance commitments are defined in the applicable customer agreement.

Intellectual property

You retain all rights to data and prompts you submit. Xophia retains all rights to the platform, models and orchestration framework. Outputs generated for you are licensed to your organization for commercial use.

Termination

Termination rights, export windows and deletion timelines are defined in the applicable customer agreement and documented deployment plan.
