Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of the Xophia platform. Specific commercial terms are set in your Master Services Agreement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to violate applicable law, infringe third-party rights, or attempt to disrupt the platform's integrity, including reverse-engineering proprietary models or circumventing rate limits.

Service availability

We target 99.9% monthly uptime for production tenants, measured at the API gateway. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 72 hours in advance.

Intellectual property

You retain all rights to data and prompts you submit. Xophia retains all rights to the platform, models and orchestration framework. Outputs generated for you are licensed to your organization for commercial use.

Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination we provide a 30-day data export window before secure deletion.
