§ PRODUCT · USE CASES

Productized operations
on the agentic layer.

Each case below is a deployment template: the agents, connectors, policies and KPIs are pre-defined. Pick the one that matches your operation; Xophia adapts it to your stack in days.

CASE · 03On the roadmap

Support and ticket triage

Classifies, routes and pre-resolves tickets across email, chat and helpdesk channels using policy-bound agents.

CASE · 04Available

BI agent / KPI co-pilot

Answers operational questions over a governed semantic layer with traceable SQL — every figure is defendable down to the source row.

CASE · 05On the roadmap

Headless semantic layer

Defines metrics and dimensions once, then exposes them to dashboards, agents and downstream systems through a single governed API.

CASE · 06On the roadmap

Custom MCP gateway

A single Model Context Protocol surface that lets agents safely reach every internal system: ERP, CRM, banking, BI, ticketing, custom APIs.

CASE · 07On the roadmap

Workflow orchestration

Runs deterministic workflows and AI agents on the same engine, with retries, approvals and SLA tracking — n8n-grade execution under enterprise governance.

CASE · 08On the roadmap

Agent dev factory

Internal toolkit to design, version, evaluate and deploy enterprise agents: shared tools, evals, policies, and observability out of the box.

§ ARCHITECTURE & INTEGRATION

Buyer FAQ

The questions that come up first in technical evaluations — answered with specifics, not slideware.

  1. How does Xophia connect to my existing systems?

Through MCP-compatible tools and APIs such as REST, GraphQL and SQL. The exact adapter, permissions and write scope are confirmed during implementation.

  2. Does Xophia replace my CRM, ERP or BI tool?

No. Xophia is an orchestration and governance layer above those systems. It uses configured interfaces while the source application remains the system of record.

  3. Can a team start with one process?

Yes. A deployment can begin with a bounded workflow, defined systems and explicit controls, then expand after technical and business validation.

  4. How are high-impact actions controlled?

Tools and data access can be scoped by role, and policies can require human approval before selected actions execute. Available evidence depends on the configured connector and deployment.

  5. Where is data stored and processed?

Managed cloud and customer-VPC patterns are available by scope. Hosting region, data flows, retention and backup schedules are confirmed and documented before deployment.
